I have to admit that this place is better than most bakeries in France. Also the lady is so nice and joyful, and seems very passionate about her work. Looking at other reviews, it seems that the food menu changes often, which is yet another proof that the lady is passionate about pastry and just bakes whatever she feels like baking. I understand why the Japanese are the new kings of pastry: they dare new flavours, while not neglecting technique.
