Loto — Restaurant in Kanazawa

Over priced for food that's just good to Instagram. There's no balance in plates, ingredients in same plate just doesn't go well together. Sauce are not fit for the meat or fish. Too strong and we have only sauce taste, or sauce too weak and no point to be there. Food is way too oily and difficult to digest. They don't know how to serve wine, deposit in the glass.. Like a lot. Chef doesn't talks to all the client even when only 8 people at its bar. Definitely not worth the price... And nothing Italian as well, just bad Japanese food. Never again, and except you have money too loose and no palate, pass your way. There's way better restaurants...

Came across "Loto" while exploring Kanazawa and it was a fantastic surprise. Staff was attentive and patient with the language barrier, guiding us through their Japanese menu.
