Stopped by Monday October 21st. Was walking around Kanazawa neighborhoods and saw this Sushi place nearby so we walked to it. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly even with the language barrier since I don't speak Japanese and my friend only knows a little. Chef double checked for any allergies before getting started. Had 2 sets of Nigiri, all Chef's choice. Great way to end the night and the best sushi I had on my whole Japan trip! Thanks for the ride back to...

We went here and were surprised by the hospitality of the owners even though they didn’t speak English well they used google translate and we were able to talk a lot. The other people at the restaurant were also funny and we all had a great time. The food was also great and a good variety. When we ordered we asked the chef to serve us what he wanted. 金沢来たらお寿司と言うことで「都寿し」へ行って来ました。 Googleの口コミを見て、気になりランチを予約して行ってみましたが、大当たりのお店でした。 店内は昔ながらの回らないお寿司屋さんな雰囲気で席はカウンターで7席ほどとテーブル席が2つ。 休日の開店直後に行き、自分たちだけでした。予約して行ったけど予約なしでも入れそう。 ランチで「特選にぎり膳(2400円)」をいただきましたが、本当に大満足でした。 最初に嫌いなネタが無いかとわさびの有無を確認されます。内容は順番に「天ぷら」「茶碗蒸し」「握り9貫に卵焼き」サービスで「バイ貝寿司」「なめこの味噌汁」食後に「コーヒーとデザート(女性限定)」でした。 本当にどれも美味しかった。天ぷらはエビやナスの天ぷら4種ほど。茶碗蒸しは超滑らかで鶏肉を使っていないのがポイントだそう。 握りは、トロやブリにいくらなど豪華9種。エビは石川県で有名なガスエビを使っているそう。どれもめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。1番乗りのお客ということでサービスでバイ貝寿司も頂けました。 個人的には、料理も良かったですが大将とお母さんの人柄がとても良かった印象でした。気さくな方で話しかけていただけたりして過ごしやすかったです。 アクセスは車がないと厳しそう。駐車場は6台店の前にあります。 隠れ良店舗って感じでとってもおすすめです。観光客も多いそうでおすすめです。
