Had the amatriciana, and it was prepared perfectly al dente with a healthy portion of guanciale, ham and cheese.

The pizza was very light, and clearly, it was made by a pizzaola that knows how to prepare the dough perfectly. The leoparding on the dough was just right, and there weren't any overly burnt bits. The toppings very generous and just the right portion to keep a stable weight on the crust and balance all the flavors.
