日本人對雞蛋布甸的熱愛, 可以從每一個旅遊城市也有自家出名的雞蛋布甸中見到, 輕井澤其中一家最出名的, 就是在銀座街的Paomu, 本身是一家和風洋食餐廳, 但雞蛋布甸的出名令其有一個獨立的舖位去發售. 這裏的雞蛋布甸選擇不少, 除了原味的焦糖雞蛋布甸外, 也有吉士雞蛋布甸, 以及在上面加上水果的.

這裏雞蛋布甸的質感偏向像超市買到的, 比較彈身, 蛋香比較柔和, 個人喜歡吃濃味一點的. 焦糖醬有些少蜜糖的自然甜味, 也是比較特別的地方. 內裏添加了吉士醬的味道層次會更豐富, 反之上面加了水果的, 例如是我這次點的青提子, 用上啫喱作固定, 和布甸加起來, 口感更淡薄, 而且提子本身的甜味也和蛋味不是相當結合, 外表好看, 但實際還是不加水果的風味更好.
