ハンバーグ＆パスタＢＥＮＳＯＮ — Restaurant in Karuizawa

This is a cozy restaurant in a stylish part of town where you can enjoy Western food with the subtle Japanese flavor. We tried the Chicken Teriyaki and Beef Stroganoff. These were both delicious. The Chicken had a strong, sweet flavor that my husband liked while the Beef had a more subtle taste that was also to my liking. Just a tinge of salt would have made it perfect. Don't expect large portions but it was not measly either. For me it was just right. For Karuizawa with its upscale clientele, their prices were quite reasonable.

Take note that they offer other items apart from the menu outside. Just check out the chalkboard for what else you can order.

This restaurant is perfect for quality/price . The lady who served us despite some feedback not saying good things about her, we received a pretty good service, I don't know what people are complaining about, they wanna be served as a king in a price friendly restaurant? お店に着いて、外側の雰囲気は知る人ぞ知るお店って感じです😊店内もそれなりの趣のある感じでBGMのチョイスもいい感じです(^^) 入って女性(中年のおばさん)が愛想なく…いらっしゃいませ。 こっちが5名って言って案内されたのは6名様テーブル…おばさん店員に5名ですがここで大丈夫ですか？と言うと…イラっとしてじゃあこちらの席に…と言われ、そこからずっとイライラされてつっけん度な態度。こちらから願い下げだわ💢と思いながらも食事してみたいお店だったのでグッと我慢しました。 提供時間はそこそこ料理はそれなり金額なりに美味しく頂きました。 少し冷めていたのがマイナスな点でした。 おばさん店員のせいでその日のお昼の思い出が台無しになった事は間違い無いです。 ちなみにそのおばさん店員は、常連には凄く愛想が良くサービスが良いです‼︎

勿論‼︎帰りのありがとうございましたも無愛想。
