Kanto style Udon noodle place. Depends on the season they have different menu but I wish they had more selection to be honest… The taste was good as a Kanto style ( I’m more like Kansai style person in general ), the Kakiage was good and my friend liked this Cold Tomato Udon noodle set. The staff were very busy as they basically need to take care of two stores at the same time ( one is a restaurant, another is Soy sauce shop ) so you need to be patient when you go there. Has great hospitality thought. Credit card/pay pay available, not very family friendly ( especially for little baby but depends on the timing I guess), barrier free and has good soy sauce.

It is also very refreshing as it was my first time eating a dipping udon. The bonito taste for the soup udon was very strong and nice. Don’t forget to show the Kawagoe Day trip ticket to the counter when checking out to receive a pretty gift from the shop! It was a pleasant lunch on a hot day.

Lovely restaurant off the main path. It was our lunch break and we were seated immediately. Staff are gracious and kind towards foreign tourists like myself.
