Plastic bag provided was Apalling bad.

Even though we bought the cup sweet potato, they reused the same plastic bag used for plastic bag orders.

Plastic bag was only sealed a quarter of the way along the seams and it was insanely crowded.

As a result, the bag fell out (less than 2 meters from the store) even though i was holding on to the bag.

Its my mistake but a bag as appaling designed as this should never be used for cup orders, considering how crowded the surronding area is. There should also be a warning about how easy it is for the cup to fall out.

Famed for their thin long sweet potato chips, Koedo Osatsu An is a kiosk on the bell tower street in the Kawagoe store / warehouse district. There is almost always a queue for the potato chips and its the main reason I hadn't tasted them to date. We were lucky to pass by while the queue was short and took advantage.
