SHO-AN1 — Restaurant in Kawaguchi

Small little restaurant that serves Authentic "Soup Curry" which is a famous Curry dish from Hokkaido. There is limited seating (5 tables that seat two). I tried the Vegetable Curry which was delicious with various types of vegetables such as, potatos, broccoli, bell peppers, okra, bardok. You can choose how spicy they make it (I love spicy and 4 spice was good and spicy). They also have various kinds of Lassi. The interior is nice with a cafe style atmosphere. They offer take-out. 寒の戻り、まだまだ寒い毎日。 川口にて今日はカレーを食べたいかも とGoogleマップ検索で見つけました

まずは入り口で注文、お会計を済ますと番号札を渡されます。取りに行くのかな？と思いきや、お店の方がテーブルまで運んでくださいます。

事前情報スープカレーのお店とのことでしたが、一般的なスープカレーのイメージよりはとろみがあり、スパイスの風味も家庭のカレーに近い印象。またお野菜が親近感ある食感だったかも

カレーは雑穀米とよく絡んで美味しかったです✨✨

辛さは10段階から選べますが、私は辛口に❤️‍爽やかな辛さでよかった！

It's cold again, and it's still cold every day.

I thought I might want to eat curry in Kawaguchi today and found this place on Google Maps

First, you order at the entrance, and after paying, you're given a numbered ticket. I thought I'd have to go and get it, but the staff brought it to my table.

Information: It was a soup curry restaurant, but it was thicker than the general image of soup curry, and the flavor of the spices was similar to homemade curry. The vegetables also had a familiar texture

The curry was delicious, mixed well with the grain rice ✨✨

You can choose the spiciness from 10 levels, but I chose the spicy one ❤️‍, which was refreshingly spicy!

It was nice to be able to relax inside the restaurant ☺️ There is also Wi-Fi

この日は川口に用事があり、ちょうどカレー気分だったので、駅近くで良さそうなお店を探してこちらに訪問しました。 外観はカレー専門店らしからぬ、おしゃれなデザイン。初めてのお店でしたが、外から見ても雰囲気が良さそうで、期待が高まります。

店内の雰囲気

店内に入ると、ナチュラルで落ち着いた雰囲気の空間が広がっていました。 カウンター席とテーブル席があり、座席の間隔も適度にとられていて、ゆったりと食事を楽しめそうです。 また、ちょっとした雑貨や小物が飾られており、スープカレーを楽しむだけでなく、居心地の良さにもこだわっているのが伝わってきます。

メニューの豊富さに驚き！

こちらはスープカレーのお店で、メニューを見てみると、種類がかなり豊富！ チキンやシーフード、野菜たっぷりのカレーなど、どれも美味しそうで迷ってしまいます。 その中で、今回は 「キーマと野菜のカレー」 をオーダー。 メニューの写真を見ると、一番色鮮やかで美しく、具材もたっぷり入っているのが魅力的でした。

また、カレーの辛さも選べるとのこと。 普段あまり辛いものは得意ではないので、無難に普通の辛さにしました。 辛いのが好きな人は、よりスパイシーなレベルにも挑戦できるので、幅広い好みに対応できるのは嬉しいポイントですね。

いざ実食！野菜たっぷり＆ひき肉のコクが絶品

注文後、しばらくするとカレーが到着。 見た目からして美しく、たっぷりの野菜がゴロゴロと入っています。 カボチャ、ナス、パプリカ、ブロッコリーなど、彩り鮮やかな野菜たちがスープカレーの上に映えていて、見た目だけで食欲をそそられます。

スープカレーのスープは、サラッとしているのにコクがあり、一口飲むとスパイスの香りがふわっと広がる絶品の味わい！ そして驚いたのが、想像以上に ひき肉がリッチに入っている...
