It was nice, And American. Comfort place for me. Beautiful interior as you would expect. The staff was friendly and kind. The first waitress couldn't speak English but was smart enough to get someone who could. The food was good, as you would expect. Had a huge bowl of macaroni and cheese for my daughter. The prices were comparrible to those of an airport, but the lunch set wasn't too bad. 900 I think for my daughter's kid set, and I got a pizza (small) and Tortilla soup for 17 bucks. I've paid the same for some really sh--ty lunch sets at typical Japanese family restaurants so I felt it fair for what I got! I just noticed the the SPINACH ARTICHOKE Dip was 15 dollars!! I'd go back the next time if I was needing a little fixx. The manager was a bit over zealous as stepped out for a smoke. He came out and around the corner to remind me it's a no smoking area, 😂😂 What is he the Smoking Police? I'm pretty sure his duties are confined to the restaurant and not outside. Like if I ordered take out and spilled my drink outside his store, he would have told me I have to go find one of the mall staff to have it cleaned up, PFFFF. DORK!! (I know, because my daughter spilled her drink upon exiting, and that's what he said....
Read moreThe service of this place sucks, we waited for the food (pizza & chicken) for about 50 minutes. After 30 minutes we asked what happened to our order, and instead of apologizing and admitting they made a mistake, they gave us some story about the chicken took long time to make. (Funnily enough, several tables who ordered around the same time as we did, was served after 15-20 minutes)
Imo, the decent thing to do, would have been for them to offer us an appetizer while waiting for our main dishes. Not really that I'd care for an appetizer as such (because then I would have ordered one in the first place) but it would show they care about their customers, but my clear feeling is, they don't
Both pizza and chicken was tasty, although a bit pricey. However, everything was overshadowed by the poor service. So in short : NOT...
Read moreIt's an American shop transplanted into Kawasaki. That's about the long and short of it.
The pizza are all flavors you wouldn't expect to see in Japan, where Naples reigns supreme. Go for one with beef and cilantro and salsa, you won't be disappointed.
But, don't expect American pizza prices here. As an import shop, you're looking at the typical 2-3k for a moderate size pizza, and all the other dishes priced in line with TGIF and that kind of shop.
It's a nice restaurant and the servers are friendly, very wide open and not at all cramped, and playing only American pop music, which I'll leave your opinion to you. Worth a visit if you're in the mood for...
