Italian Kitchen VANSAN Saginuma — Restaurant in Kawasaki

We went for the dinner at first time for this Italian restaurant. I saw this restaurant often so wanted to try. But.. hmm I can say okay food is tasty. Pizza is nice and price is reasonable. But.. hmm.. Service.. hmm I didn’t mean that staffs are rudeness or bad I think they are not professional for me. We ordered and waited for a while, no drinks come so I need to ask them and look like they forgot (but they felt really sorry tho) it’s okay But next when we ordered drink again, it happened again. i waited and nothing come so I need to ask them again

Felt a bit disappointed. And since we ordered all you can drink, drink’s price should be included in that menu because i have checked already. But some still missed. Staffs are not professional…

It’s good restaurant but for me only one time is enough…I’d rather go to the restaurant that have more welcomed service so I can enjoyer not need to be worried that do I need to...

I visited once for lunch and it was quite nice. Liked the pasta and service. But yesterday we came for dinner to eat some pizza and have some drinks. First of all you get an appetizer per person (a bread stick, one slice of salami and one ham) for 350 yen p.p. without ordering it. Than the drinks are expensive considering the small size and that they are full of ice. But the worst is the pizza. We ordered two pizzas and the first tasted completely burned. The second was not properly baked.” But still tasted burned. Then they had salad on top of it (would be much better with either basil or rocket) but the worst is the huge amount of mayonnaise which is on top of the salad/pizza. Overall we will maybe be coming back for lunch but never again for dinner. We had much better pizza at this prize point at...

Very nice Italian restaurant. Home made pasta is firm and al dente. Pizza is also good but could improve with handling charcoal. Staffs (as of Aug 2020) are polite and friendly, and the atmosphere is just right. The shop owner should add one more person during the dinner time. We had to call (there is an electric bell on each table that linked with the kitchen) 2-3 times to get attention from the staffs.
