I took lunch at this restaurant on Jan 13, 2025. It is a holiday in Japan. There are a lot of people who coming to this place. I went to get a queue for 2 people at 11.42 am. There are 14 groups before us. So we entered the restaurant at 1.00 pm. The atmosphere was lively. All of staffs were welcome and nice. We got the seats in front of the chefs. And you can pick the sushi from the belt in front of you or you can order from a tablet. If you order from a tablet, a chef will make sushi for you and serve you by himself. Sushis are delicious and fresh. You could request to reduce rice or wasabi. Fish were big and tender. No sticky part or chewy part presented.

Even the take out queue was long, and it was poorly managed—we had to queue for a long time to order, then wait 30 minutes for the order to be made, and then queue again to pick it up.
Queuing the second time did not make sense to me, because they were calling out other orders to pick up by name, and when we reached the register they said our order has been sitting there.
