Awful service! Customers are god, is it? What do you learn living in japan then ? Bring the same gutter attitude out.. Speechless! I felt walking away... it came to the point of the customer telling I’m ready and you yell “yes sir”. Holy cow... Only reason I’m here is because I work closer and I came to onsen. There are much better places to go with good service.. last time I eat here today... Go at your own peril and if you go after you read this then good luck! This is one of the most appalling experience I have had outside India in North America and Australia, given I’m a Canadian citizen and Australian resident!

The vegan masala dosa was delicious—the perfect balance between crispy and soft. I loved the sauces that came with it, and the staff carefully explained that 3 our of 4 sauces were vegan, and one contained dairy, so that I would avoid it. I can't wait to come back.
