Dining at Terrace and Table was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the meal. Their professionalism and warm service truly stood out.

Delicious dinner, dessert, and coffee. Staff was super kind and friendly. The seats at the tables are very comfy and the ambiance is nice with interesting lighting fixtures. Staff spoke slight English, but enough to understand the ins and outs of the buffet. Very accommodating with reservations. They even provided a special anniversary plate and took a picture for us and printed it out as a keepsake, such a wonderful surprise. I would recommend to just about anyone. 電車で来る場合は、改札出てミューザ川崎方面徒歩2分で到着します。

【平日ディナー】 宮崎フェアボヤージュブッフェ 大人6,000円✗2 子供3,000円

どれもこれも美味しく魅力的なもの多数ありました。 特に印象に残ったのは、

【ライブキッチン】 ・宮崎県産鶏 「竹炭の里」竹炭パウダーまぶした鉄板焼。 竹炭で香ばしくとても美味しかったです。

・宮崎牛のグリル　ホテルオリジナルジンジャーソース（夜限定メニュー、大人1名様につき1皿）。 肉質柔らかく、宮崎が誇る和牛の極みの逸品でした。今日イチ美味しかった〜 娘も絶賛！ 絶対オススメ！

【前菜】 ・鰹のカルパッチョ　日向夏ドレッシング。 鰹と言えば鰹のたたきが有名ですが、鰹と爽やかな日向夏ドレの相性抜群で、爽やかに食す事ができました。 超オススメ！

・蒸しズワイガニとホテルオリジナル宮崎柑橘ポン酢（夜限定メニュー、2月19日までの提供）。

ビュッフェで蟹があるっていいですね～ 蟹を集中的に食してる方達もいました(笑) オリジナル宮崎柑橘ポン酢がすごく美味しく、蟹との相性最高でした～ 超オススメ！

【野菜】 ・宮崎野菜のグリル。 カレーにトッピングして食べました。彩り綺麗で旨い！

【洋食】 ・宮崎県産ポークのロースト　五香粉風味（夜限定メニュー）。 これも絶品！ 丼ぶりにして食べてもいいかも？

【中華】 ・ミニ小籠包。 美味しい！

【宮崎郷土料理】 ・冷や汁 最高！ ・メヒカリ、おび天、佐土原茄子の天ぷら。 豪華で美味しい！ 天丼完成！

・高千穂郷土料理かっぽ鶏（杉本商店の乾しいたけ入り）。 激うま！

・高千穂とうきびご飯。 絶対オススメ！

【カレー・スープ】 ・宮崎県「杉本商店」の乾しいたけとアゴだしポタージュスープ 身体優しいスープ！

【サラダ】 ・豊富なサラダバーをご用意。 ミニトマトや紅心大根などの6種の野菜と宮崎百姓隊によるドレッシングのほか日替わりドレッシング計3種がラインナップ。

【デザート】 好きなものを好きなだけ！

こちらの宮崎フェアの開催は、 1/17(水)～3/31(日)なので

今のところ、平日は時間縛りないので ゆっくり飲食出来ますよ。
