I had fabulous experience here, because of the expertise of sake selection, as well as the sake lover community.

Food: I rank 5 star for taste and the combination. Most bar food are not healthy but here provides many dishes including vegetables. Technically vegetarian friendly if you don’t mind the person next to you will choose meat dish.

Drinks: FIVE STAR. I don’t have words for the selection because it is very high quality with reasonable price. On the day I visited, there is a rare bottle that could be sold as the whole bottle, at a high price, but this restaurant is selling it for the customers.

Atmosphere: 5 star again for the lively conversation!

I had the chance to attend the soft opening and had a great evening.

The food was excellent. The chef certainly knows his craft and I have sorely missed eating quality tacos since leaving Texas. This definitely scratched that itch.

My husband and I got the omakase sake tasting course and the owner was great at figuring out what we liked and findings drinks we would enjoy.

The restaurant is very cozy. I really liked the simple and clean interior design choices as it helped to make the space feel intimate but elevated.
