The food here was just okay โ nothing special โ but the service was truly disappointing. Orders were slow and delayed, and I had to follow up several times before anything arrived. At times, it even felt like the staff were intentionally holding back orders.
On top of that, the service staff left a very poor impression. A young man with earrings passed by our table multiple times, and when I tried to get his attention, he completely ignored me and just walked on. This happened two or three times, which really added to the frustration.

At first, I didnโt think it was a big deal, but being forced to order drinks and then receiving such poor service was unacceptable.
Iโve been to several yakiniku restaurants, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience for me and my family. My wife and daughter also agreed that the service was very disappointing.
If the food had been great, maybe the poor service could be forgiven. But with average food, terrible service, and unreasonable rules, I canโt recommend this place. I hope the owners see this as honest feedback and take steps to improve. For future diners, just be aware before...
