I had Premium Wagyu Sirloin Gyukatsu Zen, and it was absolutely fantastic. The beef was tender, flavorful, and perfectly marbled. Can really taste the quality of the wagyu. The set came beautifully presented with rice, miso soup, cabbage, and dipping sauces (including Kyoto curry and signature onsen egg) that complemented the meat well.
What I really liked was being able to sear the beef to my preferred doneness on the small hot plate. The service staff were polite, attentive, and made sure everything was served promptly.
