The dishes arrived: Pork and purple cabbage sprout corn soup.

Hokkaido butter and French baguette.

The sweet and creamy soup had a hint of spiciness from the purple cabbage sprouts.

The baguette was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, delicious with butter.

Pan-fried fish with arugula, paprika sauce, green olive sauce, and sprinkled with black olive bits. The fish, combined with the sauces and arugula, had a great texture and a very layered taste.

叔母に食事券を貰い、初めてお邪魔しました。予約していたので、眺めの良い席に案内して貰えました。

ランチコースのアミューズは、小さいカップに細やかな魚を中心とした豆乳のムースでした。季節の葉物と良い食感が楽しめました。

次の魚料理も凝っており、パイ生地の上に生魚二種と野菜やムース状のパテ、三種のソースでお皿の上が華やかで、お味もさっぱりしながら、薄めのソースで変化に富んでいました。

一番気に入ったのは、牛肉のマルサラソース。赤紫色のビーツソースも味わえるので、柔らかいレアーな肉を生野菜やサクッと揚がった牛蒡と一緒に頂きました。赤身の柔らかさ、組み合わせの珍しさがとても印象的で美味しかったです。

デザートは抹茶のケーキとフランボワーズのソルベ。お上品な量でしたが、スッキリとしていてちょうど良い感じでした。
