J.S. Burgers Cafe — Restaurant in Kobe

I want to go to Kobe Harborland during the day when the weather is nice ... oh, how I wish today was a holiday! I decided to at least have a hamburger from this restaurant and ordered the GRILLED MUSHROOM BURGER today. I replaced the fries with a mini salad. The sour dressing on the salad is just the right combination for a good burger. We had to wait a bit for delivery, but the delicious patty, the texture of the grilled mushrooms, grilled onions and trevis, and the creamy mushroom sauce that held it all together seemed to create a delicious harmony in our mouths. The cutlery set came in a bag tucked into the restaurant's stylish paper that read, "THE PERFECT WAY TO EAT A BURGER IS TO BITE INTO IT". That's exactly what it says! Thanks for the food. The best fried chicken sandwich in Kobe! the maple chicken is awesome and really scratches the sweet and savory itch. The fries are mostly standard affair, very reminiscent of Mcdonalds fries- although a bit less mushy. There are plenty of delicious looking dessert options. The monster float that is being promoted right now is fun to share between two. No complaints about the service. The interior is pleasing to look at, and many of the tables have chairs that allow for relaxed reclining, although you have to lean up quite far to eat. The restaurant is nice and cozy, the staff is very nice and accommodating. You can ask them specifically to remove certain ingredients for your allergies and even customize the cooking of your burgers.
