BRASILIANO — Restaurant in Kobe

Mixed feelings here. We've been here before Japan closed due to Covid, and after reopening we wanted to return. Prices went up, ¥3900, but not the quality. It was a busy night, and service was good. But everytime we were offered meat, it was the tiniest slice off the end, some fatty. If you wanted more than a sample of any cut, you practically had to beg. The salad bar was very good though, and so was a hot bar of side dishes. Drinks were very costly. Soft drinks were ¥1000 for a small glass with unlimited refills. A small glass of beer was ¥680. The servers were very friendly, but the experience was just ok. If you get to sit in the front dining room, the ambience is great with views of Kobe Bay. We arrived without a reservation, and we're seated in a back dining room without the view. That was fine though, as we were happy they seated us at all. Overall, an ok time, not bad, not great. This place is a Brazilian barbecue restaurant right on the outer edge of the Mosaic building in Kobe's Harborland area. As such, they bring large chunks of grilled meat on skewers to your table and cut off pieces for you, and, depending on where you are, you have a beautiful view of the port area.

On top of this, what you pay for includes a buffet-style soup, salad and sides bar. To make it even better, they also have a 90-minute all you can drink for 1500 yen, meaning that if you go there during lunch, you'll only pay about 3200 yen for all you can eat meat (some of the most delicious meat you will ever eat), foods and alcohol.
