Arrived at Otto too late for lunch (at 2:30 PM) and the kind ladies running this great little restaurant rustled up a delicious selection of antipasta and a dessert(apple pie a la mode plus a kin-kan garnish) for my wife and me. They managed this at a very reasonable price. We will visit again if only to sample their menu and their pizza that look and smell delicious and may be enjoyed from a good selection. The pizzas, one Margherita and one corn and bacon, were of a good size, with thick crust and generous toppings, and easily one of the best I had in 5 years of Japan. The salad is small, but decent. We had the espresso to finish the meal, and it was perfect. Ambience: Relaxing, nice and clean decoration, good music that creates a uplifting environment. Service: Kind and attentive staff.

The menu is entirely in Japanese, but since the menu items are Italian, there isn't too much kanji. We were able to muck our way through the katakana without too much effort.
The service here is very pleasant, and they took extra care of us and our kids to make sure we had a wonderful time.
