Hachiban Ramen - Jōnan-Suehiro — Restaurant in Komatsu

I guess this is a popular Ramen in Japan. I stopped by this restaurant on August, right before I returned the rental car to the Komatsu Airport (ready to leave Ishikawa). The ramen I had was ok, not particularly good or no good. I can smell the busy kitchen. Many customers during the rush lunch time, and the service was not so good. Because, the lady arranged a seat for me, but she did not bring me a cup of water until I asked. It was a very hot summer noon. But, I forgot my bag as I left the restaurant. 北陸人推薦だったので、楽しみに行ってきました。第一印象は、野菜をウリにしていたので、リンガーハットのラーメン版ってところでしょうか。なお、驚いたのは、女性一人や女性同士のお客さんも多く、地元に根付いている感が強かったことです。 今回は、餃子もウリっぽかったので、８番セット味噌の大盛りを頂きました。麺は幅広のちりちり麺でしたが、コシは無く、残念。また、スープがしょっぱ過ぎて、僕は苦手でしたね。大盛りにして食べきれるかなあって心配してしまった・・・。そして、野菜が多いのが、女性客が多い理由でしょうね。あと、８番...
