I guess this is a popular Ramen in Japan. I stopped by this restaurant on August, right before I returned the rental car to the Komatsu Airport (ready to leave Ishikawa). The ramen I had was ok, not particularly good or no good. I can smell the busy kitchen. Many customers during the rush lunch time, and the service was not so good. Because, the lady arranged a seat for me, but she did not bring me a cup of water until I asked. It was a very hot summer noon. But, I forgot my bag as I left the restaurant. The very same lady did run out and call me back. Appreciate that.
