Highly recommend this place! ps. My first time having chicken liver sashimi, I can’t…I can’t take it…but all the other food was great.

30年前くらいからある老舗?らしく、やっぱり長く続いてる居酒屋って、味への妥協みたいなのないのかなーって感じでした。 そんなに色んなとこの刺身食べてるわけじゃないけど、甲府駅近くのよくあるお魚推してる居酒屋とかとはモノが違うと感じました。 保存法とか包丁の入れ方、仕込みの仕方、多分色々考えられてるん...
