I booked this online via Klook. It was a big class teaching you how to make udon noodles from scratch. They would first give you a pre-made dough and teach you how to knead the dough and shape that into noodles. Then they would give you pre-measured flours and water to make your own dough, which you could bring it back home later. The first dough that you shaped would be the dough you eat after the class. The course was fun - get it required quite a lot of Japanese listening, they didn’t have much English speaking staff and the whole thing was conducted in pure Japanese even though there were quite a lot of foreigners in my session.
