A truly exceptional omakase experience in Kumamoto. The attention to detail here is remarkable, every piece of sushi was perfectly balanced, showcasing the natural flavors of the fish and ocean without being overly complicated. The rice had just the right texture and temperature, and the progression of the course felt thoughtful and well-paced. Feels like I’m kissing the fish every piece. Chef Nakamura-san was welcoming and engaging, took time to explain the piece in English and local sourcing. The atmosphere is intimate yet comfortable, ideal for both special occasions and a relaxed evening of fine sushi.

We had a lunch here. Both chef and his wife are so nice to take care of everyone. The food was so good!! The sushi size is huge and so satisfying to eat! The CP value is really high for lunch course. We will visit again whenever we are in Kumamoto!

熊本（通町筋）・鮨なかむら熊本出張の楽しみとしては、鮨屋巡り。鮨食ってないで仕事やれよ！というお言葉は最もだけど、私はお鮨が食べたいのです。事前に宿泊先から徒歩圏内でいけるお鮨屋さんを探していたところ、こちらのお店を発見。過去にミシュラン☆を獲得しており、期待して訪問。結果として、めちゃくちゃ良かった。摘み、握りともに価格以上の価値を感じた。会計間違ってるんじゃないかと思うくらい、価格以上の満足感があった。接客が素敵すぎる。初めて伺ったのに、そんなことを感じさせない接客をされる大将。大将の人柄がほんと好き。とても謙虚で腰の低い方。鮨屋は、他のお店よりもお客さんと握り手さんの距離感が近いから、コミュニケーションの相性も大事なポイントだと思ってる。付かず離れずの程よい距離感を保ちつつ、たわいない話から仕入れてる魚やその他食材に関する話もしてくださり、とても楽しかった。ある程度のお金を払えば、料理が美味しいのは当たり前。それに＋αで、素敵な空間・時間を提供してくれるお店にはリピートしたいと思う。熊本の大好きなお鮨屋さんになりました。また、伺います！ ----------------------------------------------------- 価格：約16000円 (酒２杯込み) -----------------------------------------------------
