焼肉ホルモンくたみや 神水店 — Restaurant in Kumamoto

I was looking for all you can eat yakiniku near suizenji and the one piece statues (Luffy and Chopper) and I was able to find this Gem! I am glad we did. It was a bit east of the Luffy statue maybe a 15 min walk, and we got there at 1pm. The lunch rush just finished and we were able to get a table very quickly next to the kitchen. The staff was very accomodating, nice, and kind. Spoke to them in Japanese, well, they were patient, and luckily they understood me, and they explained to us that they had a lunch AYCE special. I think it was 3500-4000k per person? And it was definitely worth it. They give you a plate of A4 quality yakiniku and it was really good. You didn’t have to finish what they give you first before you could order, and so we did. They choices were A3 quality so very decent. And they had a few a4 choices, but not the same quality as the first plate but still very very good for the price you pay. The drinks were also unlimited, and they had an ice machine. They had multiple side choices, and the rice was self serve, the whole setup was very efficient. It was a great find, will def comeback here when we visit Kumamoto again...

Delicious food, good value. We had a set meal each and it was perfect. Also friendly service and nice atmosphere, it was quite quiet when we came in on a Thursday in January...

お昼ランチに利用しました。今回、母とハラミ三兄弟ランチとホルモン三種盛りを食べました。味は美味しく満足感があってリピートしたいと思いましたが、少し気がかりなところがありました。ホルモン三種盛りが五種盛になってました。 ホルモン三種盛り内容は「とんちゃん・ホルモン・センマイ」のはずだったのですが 来たものは「とんちゃん・ホルモン・レバー・センマイ・丸腸」でした。履歴を見ても注文に間違いがなかったので、店員さんに訪ねてみましたが 『ホルモン盛りを頼まれてますので』とのことでした。こちらとしては問題はないのですが 少しもやもやしてしまいました。 それならホルモン三種盛り・五種盛りとわけないほうがいいのではないのでしょうか？ もし、盛り付けミスであればそれを言ってくれれば下げてくれても良かったですし、ミスを隠されてるんじゃないかと 少しもやもやしてしまいました。 曖昧な表現などは避けるべきだと思います。 店員さんのもじもじした対応で不安化を煽られるので自身を持って仕事してくれたら良いなと思います。
