Torikei — Restaurant in Kurashiki

Tourists beware. Little to no Japanese will cause issues. The staff appeared nice and had two large parties upstairs. According to Google Maps it was busy. We expected to wait. We were sat immediately by the bar and a young lady who could translate the menu for us helped us order. We requested the wings (4 wings total, set contains 2 wings), chicken in ponzu, shrimp tempura (2 sets) and chicken karage. One soda and one beer. We were given edamame without ordering from the menu. The chicken wings (2/4) and chicken in ponzu arrive. The rest of our food did not show up. They provided refill our drinks: that’s two total for each of us(2 beer and 2 cola). The large parties finish and come down. We expected to get our food soon. But did not. After 30-40 minutes of waiting, I asked the young lady to just close us out. When we receive the “check” it is not itemized. Just a total for the “meal.” We asked for receipt and they show us a picture of their POS, but their screen does not match what we ate. It shows 3 beers, 2 charges of edamame, and our food items that were punched in but not received. Our plates had never been picked up and were still at our table: one bowl edamame, one bowl of chicken ponzu and the set of wings (2 of 4). We asked the young lady to help us explain this, tallied our total based on the menu and what we received, and our total was much lower. They insisted we needed to pay the higher bill without receiving the services/food. I will not be returning here nor do I recommend...

全部が星一もつけたくない。

掘り炬燵じゃない座敷で予約して、前日に人数変更したのはこちらですがその時にわかりましただけで終わったのに、いざ行くと掘り炬燵。 聞くと人数変更なったのでと言われましたが「普通それなら電話でいいますよね？」と言うと しぶしぶ座敷に変えてもらいましたが訳の分からない態度。

最初に注文したメニューが全くこずに後から頼んだメニューが先ににきた。 待っても待ってもこないので聞くと通ってない。ぐちゃぐちゃなったメモだしてきて反省なし。 汚い金髪の爪ギラギラの長い女。謝りもせず、確認もしてるのかの報連相もなし。

どの店員も訳のわからない態度なので店長を呼んでと言うと「わかりました」と言ったのに何も報連相なし。何回も聞くとやっと返事あったかと思ったら 「今忙しいのでこれないです」いやいや、は？客なめすぎ。

らちがあかないので帰ることにしてレジに降りて店長どこですか？と聞いて 「あ、僕です」と手あげてました。笑 話ししたらこれも舐めた態度。 そら店長これやったら従業員もそうなるわな。

レジの時に最初の席の事も店長に伝えると「必ず人数変更の場合掘り炬燵になること伝えてます。」とめっっちゃくちゃな嘘言ってました。笑 こちらが「言われてません。何も聞いてません」と言っても強情な態度。 私のこと痴呆症や思ってるんか？

とにかく客のことをバカにしている店です。 「従業員の教育します。」と言ってたけどこれはダメや。 まずはお前からや♡ せっかくの旅行なのに最低最悪です。

あ、ちなみにお水に、虫ご来店されてました。

追加。 13日に行ったのに、15の夜遅くにメールが届き予約をお店都合でキャンセルにされていた。笑 なんで？笑 ほんならお金返してや。笑 レシートもここにはろうか？ Rettyにはポジティブな口コミしか書けないらしく最初に見るサイト選びを間違えた。 最低な気分になりた...
