備長焼 鳥助 日吉町店 — Restaurant in Kurume

We went with reservations so we didn’t have to wait . Food was good and came out fast . They also have a privet room however the sound from next door room is loud and the pace allows smoking and has very bad ventilation. We politely asked to change the spot somewhere farther from the smokers , but our request was declined.The smoke was SO BAD that it was impossible to breathe inside, we had to finish food super fast without actually enjoining the flavor. if you are non smoker I wouldn’t recommend this place...

久留米の大人気店「鳥助」さんへ伺いました。評判通り、焼き鳥はどれも最高でした。特にダルムのジューシーさは、噛むたびに旨みが広がり、思わず追加注文したくなる美味しさ。レバーは絶妙な焼き加減で、外は香ばしく中はしっとり。豚バラは豪快で、肉の旨みと脂の甘さがたまりませんでした。さらにレモンサワーセットは、レモンがたっぷり入っていて見た目も爽やか。価格もお得に感じ、串との相性も抜群でした。店内は活気がありつつも居心地が良く、スタッフの方々もテキパキとして親切。久留米で焼き鳥を楽しむなら、鳥助さんは間違いなく外せない名店だと思います。リピート確定です。

I visited Torisuke, a hugely popular spot in Kurume, and the yakitori was outstanding across the board. The juicy darum skewers burst with flavor in every bite, making me want to order more. The liver was perfectly grilled—crispy outside and tender inside—while the pork belly was hearty and full of rich, sweet fat. The lemon sour set came with an abundance of fresh lemon, looking refreshing and feeling like a great deal. The lively yet comfortable atmosphere and the efficient, friendly staff added to the experience. If you’re looking for top-quality yakitori in Kurume, Torisuke is an absolute must.
