Went during lunchtime and we didnt have a reservation prior. Good thing we only had to wait for around 15 minutes. There was no food menu on the table but a waitress will come to you and carry a board written today’s special. 久留米市は通町沿いの大通りの面した場所にあるイタリアン。 以前より通りがかりに見かけていていつか訪店してみたいと思っていたので休日ランチで訪店。 事前予約で12時訪店でしたが、空き席は少なく、食事している間にも予約客が次々と訪れ、満席となっていました。 お昼はランチメニュー＠1680円の一択で①前菜②選べるパスタ③デザート＋近所のプレッツェル専門店GOTZELさんのパン付き、プラス200円でドリンク付き。 ＋770円でパスタをお店名物のペスカトーレに出来るそうですが今回は様子見。 とりあえず本日のパスタでオイル系の「自家製サルシッチャと野菜のタリアテッレ（幅広平打）」をチョイス。 10分程度でまずは前菜が到着。 パンとトマトのパンツァネッタサラダ。根菜とプチトマトのパン仕立てサラダ レバーペーストが塗られたバゲットとそうでないバゲットとトマト、生ハム、ルッコラ等がビネガー強めのドレッシングで和えられています。 そして5～10分程度待ってパスタ到着。 GOCCI名物 自家製サルシッチャと野菜のタリアテッレ。 タリアテッレはやや柔らかめではあったが手打ち感は十分以上に味わえる。 オイル系のパスタは単調になりがちであまり注文しないのですが、今回はサルシッチャのやや癖のある風味がニンニクベースのオイルにあっていい感じ。 オイルもきちんと乳化されており、太目の麺にしっかり絡みます。 そして最後はデザート。エスプレッソのジェラートとのことであったが、食感に変化を持たせるためかなぜか底にキヌアは入っていたり、ジェラート自体がじゃりじゃり感が強く、正直あまり好きではなかった。普通にパンナコッタ等の方がパスタの余韻もいい感じに残ったかなとも思い残念。 ごちそうさまでした。

the waitress was coughing. She shouldn't be working being sick😷. I ordered lunch special and added iced coffee by paying an extra 200 yen . the Iced coffee didn't even come with sugar or creamer.The dessert was coffee gelato with whipped cream topping. it was ok. Am I going to come back here ? Probably not. It's not...
