AWFUL experience!! Self checkin was a 30 minute nightmare. Just constitutes an arrogant and extremely cold, impersonal reception. Both myself and my girlfriend tried to add their social media accounts as recommended at checkin but they NEVER even accepted to this day!!|This house is in the middle of nowhere, and ONE HOUR bus ride away from any ski slopes!! The busses only pickup every 1.5 hours, and there are NO TAXIS to or back from the slopes to this place!|Cold, emotionless, tiny, little plastic box with nothing around. Room doesn’t even have any shelves to unpack your clothes. |A truly extortionate value for money. This whole set up is a con!!!||The REAL nature of the attitude towards the guests is displayed on a huge poster in the entrance way ‘violators will be prosecuted’. NO welcome, NO help, NO contact. ||If you want to be stranded in the middle of nowhere, with zero infrastructure, zero taxis, zero way to get in or out, and want to spend a fortune for nothing other than a horrible, cold little box room, then this is the...

Very loud! You can hear everyone in every room. There is a large gap under the door so the noise and light travel right into your room. Rather than fix the problem they provide ear plugs.

Safety concerns: There is no telephone on site and the door had so much snow piled in front of it you almost slipped to climb over the mountain to get in. No one has obviously shoved it ever but the parking lot is completely plowed out and cleared regularly.

The bathroom shower curtain had spots of black mold all over it. Not what we were expecting when we booked it. It somewhat convenient if you a skiing at Hirifu but not if you are going to Hanazono even though it’s 6 kms away.
