Rented gear here for family and used exclusively their Vale location for easy pick up and storage. A good experience with handling the chaos of the first day, however the location is small so it was a bit crowded for brief moments. The gear was working with some minor hassles - a broken binding on the kids skis and also they set up my binding goofy accidently when I switched aboard out. Overall great but I would suggest they provide more friendly advice for newbie boarders on the premium package when storing boards - I found my perfect board only on the last day after riding sloppy for the first 6 days on a board that I guess wasn't great for me. Not their fault, but proactive advice would have been highly appreciated and remembered. Also my boards that were stored were sometimes returned with loose bindings...

My whole family of four rented from them using Premium equipment. I was very disappointed with the quality of the ski equipment. The skis were chipped and definitely not current or even last season equipment. All my friends rented from Rhythm next door and the quality was much better.

Don’t get suck in to their early bird 10% or 20% discount either. Their prices was not actually cheaper. Listen to me and rent from Rhythm instead. You won’t regret it like I did with...
