I want to take a moment to thank Pam Pato for the amazing ski lessons they provided to my son, Idris last month. From the very first day, it was clear that Pam is not only an expert skier but also a gifted teacher. They were patient, encouraging, and really took the time to understand my son’s learning style.

My son started with little experience on the slopes, and on 2nd day he’s skiing with confidence and even tackling some intermediate runs! Pam was great at building up his skills step by step, making sure he was comfortable at each stage of his progress.

What impressed me the most was the way Pam kept the lessons fun and engaging, while still pushing him to improve. My son was always excited for the next lesson and looked forward to each day on the mountain. I just wish we had more time :(

I had the most amazing experience learning to ski with Lindal! As a first-timer, I was pretty nervous, but from the moment we met, she made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her patience and encouragement were exactly what we needed, and it was incredible how quickly we progressed under her guidance.

On the very first day, we were already hitting the slopes, which I never thought would be possible! Lindal has a unique ability to remove all fears and build confidence, and by day three, she even had us riding the ski lift—something I never imagined doing so soon.

What truly sets Lindal apart is her ability to cater to different learning styles, making every lesson enjoyable and tailored to our needs. Two thumbs up for the amazing 2 days we had during our lessons at Hanazono. We are a family of 6 and took the Diamond X package with the transport service. Everything was smooth from the pick up at 0800 at our lodging until the end of the two days.

Nathan (Williams), our ski/snowboard instructor, was amazing!! Despite the challenge of having 2 adults together with 4 children of different ages, he managed to cater our various levels. He was hospitable and was patient with the kids; and they loved him. Our first experience with snowboarding and skiing definitely meets our expectations. Thank you, Nathan and NISS!

Lunch was arranged also to our instructions and we even managed to do a grocery run during that time. All in all, it has been a perfect experience for our family...
