Sushi Yume — Restaurant in Kutchan

Sushi Yume offers a wonderful dining environment with exceptional service. The ambiance is intimate and relaxing, making it an ideal place to enjoy sushi in Niseko. The staff were attentive, and the overall service was excellent, making us feel very welcomed.

As for the food, while it was enjoyable, I do feel there is room for improvement in terms of flavor and overall taste. It’s worth noting that when I visited, the restaurant had only recently opened, so it’s understandable that some aspects might still be evolving. One of the chefs who served us had previously worked in Hong Kong for a long time and decided to return to Niseko due to the pandemic. It was clear that they put a lot of heart into the dishes, and the sushi was still good.
