Worst experience in my life. Let me list all the things that went wrong. Upon entering he mentioned that we only had to wait 20 minutes, which turned into at least an hour. The people behind the bar were just standing there. No smile, not paying attention, they just didn’t care. They work with reservations, which result in empty tables, even though people are clearly constantly waiting (talk about leaving money on the table).
They were out of large pizzas, which already told us that the pizzas were premade (which they turned out to be). The spicy chorizo was just a cut up sausage to be honest. Prepare yourself for one of the saltiest pizzas in your life. My mouth is still dry while I’m writing this review more than an hour later. The pizzas were thrown randomly on the table without telling us which one was which, we had to ask for that. Again, he didn’t care. Upon leaving they made us pay without telling us what the total of the bill was or even listing what we ordered, they just shoved the payment machine in front of my face (which didn’t even show the amount). Note that prices shown are excluding 10% consumption tax. They also added a surcharge of 3.5% for paying by card without mentioning this (we also had cash). I only found out after.
Don’t go here for the food and also don’t expect any service. Go here to be miserable unless you enjoy terrible service, food and being around loud and obnoxious Australians. All positive reviews are clearly from other Australians.
Edit:
A waiting time of 20 minutes was mentioned to us, which was the reason why we waited in the first place. We seated ourselves at the small bar table when it remained empty for a while, not because of the attentiveness of the staff. Note that when we walked out, I was one of the last one to leave and even asked if someone had paid yet. The fact that part of the group was already outside doesn’t mean we intended to “dine and dash”. I wish you’d put as much effort into the service and the quality of your pizzas as in writing your comments. Don’t worry, we...

Read moreHonestly, the greatest pizza i’ve had in japan, as a apart of our month stay. Their cheesy garlic bread was to die for, and their pizzas were fresh, delicious and quality. Their prices are reasonable for the quality of pizza you get. The place had a rlly cool vibe and was nice and warm after a long day on the mountain. The staff were super attentive, looking after our nut allergy and gluten intolerance with care, the gluten free dough was the best i’ve tried yet! The pizza took about 20 minutes to come out. The manager was also really accommodating for our dietary requirements. Peri peri pizza was so yummy, 10 out of 10 recommend. Very happy to have found...
