I've eaten a lot of tendon and tempura, but I really didn't enjoy this all that much. It looks good, but there is too much tare and it leaves the tempura soft to the point where it didn't really need to be fried at all. Not only that but it was so oily that I felt slightly queasy after eating.
However, what really compounded the problem was the wait time. It seems a bit strange to have a restaurant where the food is so difficult to produce quickly in a food court. I waited over 30 mins just to be served and then the staff was like "oh it'll take 10 to 15 mins for the food, is that okay?" which I thought was a bit rubbish considering how long it took to even get to the register.
