定食とお酒 食堂そら — Restaurant in Kyoto

This is some of the best food I have had in Japan in the past 2 years since I moved here. I went there going to Nagano from Kobe but I even made sure to eat there again a second time while coming back a few days later.

I had the Nasi Goreng, I can't compare to other place because I never had that before but this was very tasty. I also tried the fried chicken, it was good. But the best to me was the Menchi katsu with the cream and Tomato sauce, tasted absolutely devine to me!

On top of the food, the owner is extremely friendly and you can tell that he his dedicated to make both the food and the atmosphere amazing. He definitely cares about the presentation and he gives me the feeling that he loves his job!

If that was not enough, its also very cheap and he has half size option if you want to try multiple things.
