It is “neat”. You do not get a lot of ice cream and it is just “okay” soft serve. Nothing special but not bad either. The croissant does make the experience better, so if you’re interested in something different / neat, give it a shot. If you’re just looking for ice cream, there are better and cheaper options.

I do agree with others that the staff is not overly friendly or accommodating but that does seem to be on par for our Japanese experience. They’re not on tip culture and it’s not that they are mean, they are just not interacting or interested beyond doing their job.

Great spot! It's hidden on the 2nd floor up a steep set of stairs. The woman working there was super friendly! Helpful with our order and played peekaboo with my kids while we waited. Kids get a little raffle prize with their ice cream that gets them an eraser which was a nice little extra treat for them. The ice cream was tasty and the croissant cone was amazing. Ice cream and croissants ... wow. Amazing combination and excellent delivery of the idea here! I got peach and earl grey tea ice cream (a summer flavor) in a crossiant and the combo was absolutely delicious; the croissant was also still warm. The cashier was super kind as well. The space was interesting with photogenic aesthetics - also a little hard to find, but after you've spotted the ice cream cone it's just above the stars! It's also nice that they...
