Yesterday, I attended a ring making class, and it was such a rewarding experience. We arrived a bit early for our appointment and were kindly asked to wait, which actually turned out to be very lovely— we ended up having a pleasant conversation outside with one of the employees. She also helped us explore different styles and sizes for the rings we hoped to create. It was such a thoughtful start to the day and set the tone for the rest of the experience.

Our instructor, Hisa was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the craft. She made every step of the process easy to follow; from designing the ring, to shaping and polishing it. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping us create something special. I have a newfound respect for the skills and artistry that go into metalworking. Every part of the process felt meaningful, especially knowing we were crafting something by hand that would last a lifetime.

The studio was well-equipped and comfortable, with all the tools and materials provided. I especially appreciated the personal guidance provided with both visual and verbal cues. By the end of the session, we had a beautiful handmade ring that we're proud to wear.

I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in jewelry making, whether you're a beginner like us, or simply curious. It's also the perfect experience for couples looking to create a personalized piece of memorabilia—something special and symbolic to take home and wear as a heartfelt reminder of their time...

I usually never write reviews but I had such a good experience at Ringram. I came with my partner to make matching rings and the woman who helped us (I wish i wrote down her name!!) was so kind and helpful. She guided us through every step and even helped me realize my ring when I got the initial sizing wrong. Unbelievably cool to take part in the different steps of jewelry making and make a finished ring appear from a simple gold bar. The atelier was beautiful too. We were on the second floor which was light and airy. The finished rings (we chose one 18k and one platinum) ended up costing about the same as retail, but they felt so much more special because of this unique experience

Paid a lot for a silver ring with custom design lasered on top. Staff were very kind and helpful but the ring quality is the worst I have ever seen. Silver? I don’t think so. After 6 hours my finger was green. The ring was tarnished and looking awful. I’ve never had problems with 925 silver rings in my life. Only cheap metal has ever turned my finger green. I wanted to complain but they refused refund or any help without my receipt. Which they took the only receipt from me when I picked up the ring. It was supposed to be a matching ring with my family with the design by my niece. A great memory. But now two days later I have an unwearable ring. The 925 stamp is unreadable so clearly not 925. It really does look even worse than the photos here.
