I was able to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine without ever having to set foot in Vietnam. Dishes like Hue-style spicy beef noodle soup and fragrant Vietnamese fried rice brought back the exact flavors I once savored in Hanoi. ぼったくられた気分。 席についてオススメを聞くと「牛肉フォー」とのことで、少食のためセットではなく単品を注文。出てきたのは、メニューに載っている写真と随分違って、麺とスープはお椀の半分のところまで、薄くスライスされた牛肉が４枚、もやしが数本、コリアンダーやハーブ類はなし、麺が乾燥麺。「ハーブ類はないの？」と店員さんに尋ねると、「見てきます」との返事だったが、結局何も出てこず、あるのか無いのかも一言もないまま…あまりにも少ない量に「セットに変更させてください」と言い出すと「単品とセットのフォーが全然違うから、変更できない」だそう。「何が違うの？」と聞くと「単品の麺は80gr、セットは40gr」とのこと。このお椀の半分の量がさらに半分になると思うと、セットにしたい気分もなくなる。あっという間に食べ終わったフォーはインスタントフォーを食べた気分だった。それなのに950円も取られた。しかもこれが看板メニュー‼️ 再訪はないな〜

This place deserves more business. My partner is Vietnamese so I eat a lot of Vietnamese dishes with her family and have been to Vietnam. The food is excellent put simply. The bbh broth was some of the best I’ve had. The sate skewers were flavorful and delicious. Very much worth the walk to visit.
