Spicy and normal ramen and mazesoba on the menu. Spicy ramen goes from level 0 to level 5. I got the level 1 (considered as normal spicy 辛口) spicy mazesoba and it was an enjoyable togarashi spice. The spice was a good balance to the usual oiliness of ramen/mazesoba. You can add vinegar to change up the flavor as you like as well. Both karamen and mazesoba come with free oimeshi or rice that you can eat the remaining soup with. Having the chashu is a nice addition I would recommend. If you are brave you can come and climb the ranks to...

The rest of my family got the spicy garlic ramen and enjoyed their meals...
