Very good, perhaps one of the best tantanmen dishes I've ever had. Practically everything from the presentation, price range, consistency, mouthfeel and the balance of tastes and spices were perfect. Tantanmen usually have a somewhat uniform taste despite its strong punch, but if you take a second to really absorb the flavour, you'd be able to taste the mix of ingredients in perfect equilibrium. We decide to reach this restaurant due to the wonderful review on google, and honestly we couldn’t choose better! Not a touristic place. I took the raanoumi, awesome flavours, but I didn’t expect so little broth. But this was a negative side. My boyfriend took the other one, and noodles are big and handmade; very tasty flavour. My wife and I stopped he unexpectedly for lunch we both ordered a different ramen plus the tofu and fried dumplings. Amazing depth of flavour to both the ramen dishes. Great serving, flavorful, but the tofu was surprisingly excellent (I'm not usually much of a tofu eater lol).
