I normally love coming here, I always get asking if I want to eat in, especially when ordering a drink. And normally it's great. This time, I got asked something different and my Japanese isn't the best. So the girl bagged my stuff up and put my drink in a takeaway cup. I'm now getting looks from the staff, because I wanted to sit in and relax.... But feel like I can't, especially when I asked for one of my bread to be heated, I get it back in a bag. I bet if I wasn't a foreigner, they'll be bending over backwards, like I have watched the staff do with some of the other customers. Like I saw you bring out plates for some ladies to share sandwiches. Thanks for making me...

Great place to take a break in Yamashina station. Amazingly good and fluffy pastries that are always fresh. The service is really lovely and coffee is pretty good!

JR山科駅、改札を出てすぐ左にお店が見えます。 席数は、以前入っていたミスドとさほど変わらない感じ、客入りの割には席が不足しるので、いつも混雑している感じがある。午前中の通勤ラッシュを超えてからお昼前まではまだ座りやすかった。 レジが機械式だが説明を全くしないので初めての方は戸惑うと思う。店員はいつ行っても愛想がない。志津屋は美味しいが接客で減点。 このお店は持ち帰りの品数が少ないが、その分イートイン用の注文後に作ってくれる物の種類が多い様。 私は持ち帰り可能商品をイートインしたのですが、周りにはイートインでしか食べられないサンドイッチセットを注文している人が多かったのと、それがボリュームもありとても美味しそうだった、お値段もリーズナブルだったので、イートイン時は店内でしか食べれない物を注文すること...
