This Starbucks is very convenient located next to Yamashina Station in Kyoto. lt is quiet place, you can enjoy your book while waiting for your train with a cup of coffee and seasonal special dessert. It is open until 22:30 which is great.

I'm not a big Starbucks fan, but here the usual Japanese qualities and courtesy elevate anything. The only problem is that it is always crowded and it is not easy to find a place. Non sono un grande fan di Starbucks, ma qui le solite qualità e cortesia giapponesi elevano qualunque cosa. L'unico problema è che è sempre affollato e non è facile trovare posto.

トイレが見える席に座ったが、20人以上トイレに入ったのに例外なく全員がドアを開けていく。 途中で止まるドアがダメなのだが、ひたすらずっと開けっぱなし。 以前から口コミでトイレの臭いがひどいとあるのに、不衛生だし、ノロウイルスが広まってニュースで飛沫感染すると言っている時に、スタバとしてもこんなのダメだな。 自動で閉まると思う気持ちも分かるが、でも入る時にドアが開いているのだから、「ちゃんと閉めないといけないな」と思わないのかな。エアータオルの大きな音がするし、ずっと開けっぱなしなのは不衛生。

週1、2回利用しています。 今日は18時半位にお店を利用しに行きました。

レジを対応されている若い女性スタッフ達は凄く丁寧で、いつも素敵な笑顔です。 今日も気持ちがいい接客をありがとうございました。

他のスタッフ同士の仲も良さそうで、 たまに会話が多いなぁと気になる時はありましたが、楽しく働ける職場はいい事なので、 他の方の口コミのような声などは 特に気にはなりませんでした。

ですが、今日はポニーテールの若い学生（？）にドリンクを手渡ししてもらった際に、 ホットドリンクにつけるカバーがベトベトで手に匂いがつきました。 渡す前に気付かない訳がないだろ，と思うくらいにシロップのようなものでした。

目の前ですぐに、『カバーが汚れているしても汚れたので、すぐ取り替えて欲しい』と伝えると 『すいませんでした』の一言で終わり。

ウェットシートなど渡されることもなく、 ゴミ箱のカウンターにあった紙ナプキンで拭くしかなく、 仕事前だったのに手を自分で洗いに行かないといけなくなり、電車にも乗れず遅刻しました。

そのポニーテールのスタッフは特に隣にいた若い男性スタッフとずっと話をしていて， 少しうるさいなと気になっていたので、 仕事をおろそかにしていたのでは？と 思ってしまいました。
