We visited Itasan for dinner due to the positive reviews. This was a brilliant choice as we enjoyed our time at Itasan very much: all the food was super good but we want to also emphasize that the service we received by the chef and "assistant" Yosuke was extremely pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we decided to have dinner at Itasan also for our second and last night in Matsue. By very very far, we had our best meal of our 7 weeks in Japan at Itasan. It was a divine surprise. We pushed the door by chance and OMG, It was just extraordinary. A very sophisticated cuisine, original and so well done, an exquisite service (being seated at the bar allows to create contact with the staff), and a very nice ambiance of locals who know this place is a treasure. 今回三度目の訪問❗なかなか予約が取れないお店ですが､間がよかったのか予約が取れ❗相変わらず気取らない､気さくな料理を美味しく頂きました‼️初めての入店は､ホテルの近く､通りがかりで、入店❗突然のお一人様でも丁寧な接客です❗提供される料理も、飾らず､素直に､さりげなく美味しい感じでした❗ 鯛の刺身キャビア香草塩を注文したら他の御客が、頼んだものと、薬味が違いました？先にたのんだ物と薬味が同じだったので変えたそうです❗髭つきヤングコーンバター醤油でしたが、こころよくオリーブオイル醤油に、変えてくれました❗フォアグラの茶碗蒸しむちゃくちゃ美味しいかった‼️いたさん最高です‼️他の店に、聞いても知られており感動です‼️また松江に来たときには､伺います‼️
