初めて利用しましたが、お世辞にも美味しいとは言えない。

評価点 お肉がのっていたお皿の縁（内面）が汚かった。 しゃぶしゃぶ用の野菜とサラダ用の野菜の区別が分かりにくかった。 サラダ用の種類が全く無いのには呆れた。 また、上部にビニールが掛けてあって、腰を屈めて取らなくてはならず、奥にある物はとても取りづらくて大変だった。

レタス‥既に変色しているのが盛りつけされていたのを見て残念。

ドレッシングが野菜用の近くに無いから、振り向いてタレ用のゴマを掛けてしまった。 何用のドレッシングなのか？つゆなのか？配置が全く分からない。

練乳のチューブが空になっていて、自らスタッフに声を掛けてお願いした。 しかも、チューブがベトベト状態。 スタッフが残量を確認して、お客に指摘される前に交換する配慮が必要。 プリンを作るにも、素になるのが出されておらず、厨房を覗いたら、素になるボールを持ったままのスタッフが上司らしき人から指導をされていた。 先ずはお客を待たせない様にするのが鉄則。（指導が有れば、提供してから）

お寿司もお粗末。 わさびの在処が全く分からない。

水も冷えてなく、常温以上に温かい。 氷を入れなくてもある程度冷えている方が良い。

ラーメンも粉の付いている状態で、トロミが出てしまい美味しくない。
