최악의 음식점입니다. 마쓰야마 여행을 계획하면서 음식이 맛있다하여 GURUNAVI를 통해 예약을 하고 방문 하였으나 예약 확정 메일까지 받았는데도 불구하고 음식점 여주인인 듯한 여자가 우리가 가기전 예약 캔슬 통보를 하였는데 왜 왔냐는 식으로의 태도를 보이며 자리가 여유 있어 보이는데도 (예약자리는 셋팅이 되어 있었음, 셋팅이 되지 않은 자리가 여러군데 있었고) 모든 자리가 Full이니 나가라는 그런 태도를 보여 일본의 여러곳을 다니면서 받아 보지 못한 그런 불쾌감과 모멸감을 느낄 수가있었음. 아마도 일본어를 잘 못하는 한국인이라 그런 행동을 하는게 아닐까 하는 그런 생각마져 들게 만드는 최악의 식당으로 얼마나 음식 맛이 뛰어난지 모르겠지만 이 리뷰를 보는 사람은 절대 방문 안하는 것이 좋을거라 생각 됨. 사실 별 1개를 주는 것도 아깝다고 생각 됨.

☆1の最大の理由 いざ会計をしてみればお通し代で1人あたり1250円をとられたこと。レシートもなくどこにもそのような表記がない。お通しの内容に対してあまりにも高過ぎる。他の商品の単価はたしかに低いがその商品たちに隠れて高くとるお通し代は正直悪意がある。
その他 ①店側の対応のひどさ 傘をさして入店したところお店側に回収された。回収するからにはしっかりと管理しているのかと思いきや同行者の傘と自分の傘が1つにまとまっていない。何番で管理しているのかお店側に確認をとるが分からないと言われる。 大雨にみまわれたためホテルで借りた傘だったので傘にホテルの名前が書いてあると伝えたところ「他のお客さんが間違えて持っていってしまったかもしれない。よくあること」と言われた。(よくあること???)結局謝罪は一切ない。 店側で管理できないのであれば入店時に自動的に傘を回収しないでほしい。 ②店の雰囲気 忙しいのは分かるが終始「もう何が必要か分からない!」「もう○○は終わった!→ちゃんと言ってくれないと分からない!」などコミュニケーションが全くとれておらず怒ったような会話が飛び交っており食べていて非常に不快。
