We visited 10 FACTORY 道後店 while exploring the Dogo area and were so glad we stopped in. We ordered the 7-flavor mikan jelly set, and it was absolutely fantastic! Each jelly had its own unique citrus profile—some sweet, some tangy, all incredibly refreshing. The texture was smooth and just the right amount of firmness. It’s a fun way to sample the variety of local mikans that Ehime is famous for, and the quality really shows in each bite. The presentation was also beautiful, making it a perfect treat or souvenir. If you're a citrus lover or just curious about regional flavors, this is a must-try. Highly recommended—100000% worth it!
