FUJIYA — Restaurant in Mishima

Izakaya sort of joint with excellent food. It was way beyond my expectations. Daikon from oden dish was a stand out. Other items were really good too. The una maki was also way good, a difficult egg dish to make and the chef nailed it. The unagi hitsumabushi was also on point, hits the spot anytime. We had very good food at this restaurant. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Ordering of the food was with a website that could be accessed when scanning a qr code, this was a bit tricky with translation, but well...

2023年3月9日に遅めの夕食で利用。 宿泊ホテルの前にあったので便利。

1Fはカウンター席とテーブル席。2Fもあるようです。 お一人様だったのでカウンター席へ。 店内の大きなテレビではWBC日中戦が放映されてました。

黒くて有名な静岡おでんは、食べたことがなかったので「おまかせ5個」（600円税別）を注文。出てきたネタは、大根、たまご、こんにゃく、黒はんぺん、そしてなると串。最初わからずにひとくち食べてからメニューで確認。「なると」っておでんの具になるのか！とちょっと驚きながら食べた。

続いて、うな串（白焼き）1本（499円税別）、肝串1本（299円税別）を注文。白焼きがなかなか上品で美味しい。

メニューにあったお店の「名物料理8選」から「骨付鶏（ひな）」（1299円税抜）を注文。やわらかく、適度な脂、鶏皮控えめだけどおいしい。タレが絶妙なのかな。ビールもグイグイいけます。

そして〆は、メニューの片隅にあった「〆のおにぎり」。 ごはんだけのおにぎりですが、メニューの通り骨付鶏の皿に投入！鶏の脂とタレがおにぎりに染み込んで、これがまた、太るリスクを考えても食べるべき...
