Anko hotpot with dashi soup that is not so-called gutter soup. Dobujiru is a monkfish hot pot that uses only the water contained in the monkfish, without using water. I think it's rich, but even those that use dashi soup are rich enough. In fact, it's not boring and easy to eat. Also, rice porridge may be difficult to eat if it is thicker than this. I had a great time at this historic store. Thank you for the meal. いわゆるどぶ汁では無い出汁あんこう鍋。 どぶ汁とは水を使わずあんこうの持つ水分だけのあんこう鍋。濃厚だとは思うが、出汁を使うものでも十分濃厚。 むしろ、くどくなく食べやすい。 また、雑炊などはこれ以上濃いと食べにくいかも。 歴史あるお店で、ゆっくり楽しめました。 ご馳走様です。
