Tanpopo — Restaurant in Nachikatsuura

Small cosy restaurant. Bosses were very friendly and hospitable. Ramen was one of the best I've had in Japan. Noodles were springy. The soup is unique and taste like no other. One of the few times I finished all the soup. The gyoza were excellent too. I can only describe them as 油而不腻. Fried rice was great too with enough Wok Hey but was a tad oily. Reasonably priced too. ロケーション 国道42号線、ローソン勝浦町朝日店の近く。 わかりやすいですね。駐車場はありません。 でも車じゃないときついです。 外観、店の雰囲気 4月の中旬の土曜日夜に訪問。 待ちはなく、お客さんは他に2組でした。 外観も中も、昭和な感じです。 カウンター＋テーブルが2つ。 私は好きです。 接客 おばちゃん二人で対応。 優しい感じ。十分ですね。 着丼までの時間 チャーシューメンとぎょうざを頼みました。 本当に3分くらいで着丼。早すぎる。 ギョウザも5分くらいですね。 見た目、味 ラーメンはネットなどで写真を見る限りあまり 期待はしていません(失礼！)でした。 現物も想像通り。しか〜し。 かなり美味しい和歌山ラーメンでした。 井出商店の姉妹店と謳うだけありますね。 完全に裏切られました。いい意味で。 餃子も薄皮でパリパリ、中はジューシー。 レベル高いです。 コスパ チャーシューメンと餃子で1,150円。 納得です。いい店ですね。 総合 実はここに来る前に、割りに評判のいい店で マグロを食べたのですが、なんとなく納得が いかず、ここにはしごしました。 勝浦町こんなものなのかなと言う、思いが あったのは事実です。 でも来て良かった。ほっとできる味のラーメン。 激ウマかって聞かれるとそこまでではないです。 でも誰が食べても美味しいと思えるのでは。 最初からここで焼きめしとラーメンと餃子で お腹...

Lo primero a remarcar es que se trata de un ramen de tonkotsu y soja. No se debe esperar el clásico ramen de huesos fuerte y espeso. Es una mezcla de lo antes mencionado. Se trata de un caldo clásico de la región. Está muy bueno, en nuestro caso nos pedimos dos ramen clásicos, uno de ellos grandes, que por 100¥ más vale mucho la pena. Las gyozas estaban buenas también. Lo único negativo que dejan fumar dentro del local y un chico se puso a fumar, no sé si se trata de la norma o ha sido algo aislado.
